About Mike Brocato

I found my love for Real Estate many years ago while looking for a more sound investment than the stock market offered.  After purchasing several residential investment properties, my realtor/broker,  Jim Oliver, convinced me that I had a talent for the Real Estate business and that I should join his firm.   I have loved every work day since.  I am excited by the opportunities that Real Estate provides the homeowner.  Real Estate is, to me, not only the home it represents for the family but an investment in thier future.  I see it as the major building block in financial success.

I have learned to recognize value when I see it, learned to negotiate the best price, believe that customer service doesn't have to be a thing of the past, and I pledge that I will do my very best for everyone who allows me to be their advocate in a Real Estate transaction.  My goal is your 100% satisfaction with your home purchase or sale and anything less is unacceptable to me.

My background is Sales and Marketing.

I started out way too many years ago as a floor manager for JC Pennys where I learned that meeting the customer's needs and desires are paramount to success.  I spent some time in the US Air Force learning to work with people and be focused on my mission's success.  Years of wholesale and retail sales brought out the marketeer in me.  I spent the next 19 years directing  the marketing of the Cable Television business in Northern California and another 7 years managing television advertising sales in Solano and Napa counties before joining Solano Real Estate Group.
